Dead-tank high-voltage breakers with wrapped bushings staged in the JCL yard against a blue sky
Products

High-voltage equipment.

Circuit breakers (including SF₆), GOAB switches, and reclosers for new substations, expansions, replacements, and utility projects — we help you source the right equipment and stay with the project from procurement through delivery.

What we get called for

Sound familiar?

“We’re expanding an existing substation.”
“A breaker needs replaced.”
“We’re adding a new transformer.”
“We need equipment that matches what’s already installed.”
“Lead times are becoming a problem.”
“We’re trying to keep this project on schedule.”
JCL
We’ll help identify the right equipment for your application, confirm compatibility with your existing system, and coordinate the equipment alongside the rest of your project.
The equipment

Four products cover most projects.

Protection, isolation, and restoration. Most high-voltage scopes come down to one or more of these — and we help you confirm which before anything is ordered.

Protection

Circuit breakers

Protect transformers and the wider system by interrupting fault current. The core protective device in transmission and substation applications — usually the first thing specified and the longest lead item.

Where you’ll find them · substations, transformer protection, transmission yards
Protection · gas-insulated

SF₆ circuit breakers

The technology behind most modern high-voltage breakers — and often exactly what the spec calls for. We source them new and from stock, and stay with them through delivery, installation support, and testing.

Where you’ll find them · transmission substations, breaker replacements, spec-driven projects
Isolation

GOAB switches

A visible point of isolation for maintenance and switching — crews can see the circuit is open before they work on it. Available manual or motor-operated.

Where you’ll find them · line isolation, equipment maintenance, switching points
Restoration

Reclosers

Automatically restore service after temporary faults — a tree branch, a lightning strike — so a momentary problem doesn’t become an outage and a truck roll.

Where you’ll find them · distribution and sub-transmission lines
Where it fits

Part of a complete substation.

This equipment sits between the incoming line and the transformer, protecting everything downstream. Most projects pair it with a transformer — and we supply both.

Common applications

Where this equipment goes to work.

New substations

Switching equipment for new transmission and distribution facilities, supplied alongside the transformers they protect.

Substation expansions

Add capacity or new positions while matching the equipment and operating requirements already in place.

Equipment replacement

Replace aging or failed equipment while staying compatible with the rest of the system.

Utility & industrial projects

Utility, renewable energy, industrial, and large commercial power systems nationwide.

Support beyond equipment

If the project needs more, we’re already there.

Many high-voltage projects involve more than sourcing equipment. Use what you need — it’s available when the project calls for it, never a requirement.

Let’s talk about your project.

Whether you’re replacing existing equipment or planning a new installation, we’ll help identify the right equipment and prepare a quote based on your project requirements.
